Documentation Studio is restricted to authorized HSESteward platform roles because it works with protected master templates.
Editing saved document
FROM MASTER TO PROJECT DRAFT
Assemble the right document from project facts, scope and control modules.
The Studio reads the selected content model, asks only the relevant questions, activates applicable sections, checks release gates and generates a clean DOCX draft from the private master.
1 Select→2 Configure→3 Review→4 Prepare
STEP 1
Select the controlled master
Core library
Private master source
The Studio first looks for the selected master and JSON model in Firebase Storage. If they have not yet been uploaded, you can choose the matching DOCX and JSON locally for this generation.
Cloud master not checked
STEP 2
Project and document data
STEP 3
Populate repeatable records
The Studio combines the protected Word master, Content Model schema and analyzed client source to prepare repeatable registers for competent review.
0 records
Record IntelligenceExtract source-supported records and add clearly labelled scope-based suggestions across this master. Suggestions require competent HSE professional review for applicability before approval or client issue.
Select a master to discover repeatable datasets.
Draft-friendly behavior.
You may leave a dataset empty while drafting. If the dataset genuinely does not apply, mark it Not applicable and the Studio suppresses that repeatable block instead of printing rows of TBCs. For release status, unresolved mandatory placeholders still block final issue.
STEP 4
Activate only the modules that apply
The content model controls which conditional sections remain in the generated draft.
No conditional modules selected.
STEP 5
Document readiness and release gates
Confirm what has actually been verified. A failed gate does not stop a Draft, but it prevents the Studio from treating the document as review-ready.
0 / 0 verified
Competent-person review remains mandatory.
The Studio automates assembly. It does not independently certify legal compliance, engineering adequacy, risk acceptance, rescue readiness or technical competence.
STEP 6
Prepare the project-specific controlled draft
Ready to review
The prepared output remains a controlled draft. The Studio removes protected master-administration and automation layers, expands repeatable datasets into real Word table rows, renumbers retained sections, evaluates conditional modules, suppresses known optional blanks and marks unresolved required/master fields as TBC for review. Final/release status is blocked while mandatory information or release gates remain open.
SCOPE / SPECIFICATION INTELLIGENCE
Turn tender and project source material into generation inputs.
Upload or paste a Scope of Work, tender specification or HSE requirement. The Studio extracts source-supported project facts, detects activities and hazards, recommends relevant HSESteward masters and suggests conditional modules. Release gates are never auto-approved.
Local source analysis
1. Add source material
Supported: one or more PDF, DOCX, TXT and Markdown files. You can also paste text directly. Multiple client sources are analyzed together without uploading them through this feature. The source is analyzed in your browser and is not uploaded by this feature.
2. What the intelligence does
Extracts explicit project, client, contractor, location and jurisdiction facts.
Detects work activities and risk themes using evidence found in the source.
Recommends relevant masters from the protected HSESteward library.
Suggests conditional modules for the chosen master.
Extracts requirement sentences containing words such as “shall”, “must”, “submit” and “provide”.
Never marks a release gate as verified merely because wording appears in a specification.
Source-grounded, not a compliance opinion.
Suggestions must be reviewed by a competent person. Missing information is surfaced rather than invented, and legal/client applicability still requires verification.
Only explicit source facts are prefilled. Review or edit before applying them to a document.
Scope summary for generation
Detected activities and risk themes
Each item is supported by wording found in the source. These detections drive document and module suggestions.
Recommended HSESteward masters
High confidence normally reflects an explicit document requirement or multiple supporting activity signals. Choose a master to carry the extracted facts into the generator.

CROSS-DOCUMENT PACKAGE GENERATION
Prepare a coordinated set of HSE drafts from one analyzed specification.
Use one Scope Intelligence analysis to select several relevant masters, apply the same verified project facts, carry source requirements into each draft and download the documents together as one controlled ZIP package.
Draft package only
No active Scope Intelligence analysis
Run Scope Intelligence first, or import a previously downloaded HSESteward Intelligence JSON file.
Project—Source—Recommended0Selected0
1. Select documents for the package
High and Medium confidence recommendations are selected automatically. Contextual recommendations remain available for review.
2. Package control data
Release gates remain open.
Scope wording can identify required documents and relevant modules, but it cannot prove that field controls, competent appointments, inspections or approvals are complete. Package generation therefore creates Draft / For Review documents only.
3. Shared package inputs
These source-derived facts will be carried into every selected master. Edit anything that needs correction before generation.
4. Prepare linked documentation package
Each document is prepared independently from its protected master, then saved privately for professional HSE review, editing, revision control and controlled follow-up.

PRIVATE MASTER LIBRARY
One-time setup for automatic cloud generation
Upload the DOCX + JSON pairs you have already saved. Files are placed in the protected Firebase Storage path for each HSS template ID.
Owner setup
Upload masters
Select multiple Word masters and JSON models at once. The Studio detects the HSS ID from each filename and stores the files in the correct private folder.
Do not copy master DOCX files into the public Cloudflare site. The public catalogue may describe them, but the source files remain private.
Catalogue
Use “Check cloud library” after uploading to confirm which templates have both files available.
PROFESSIONAL REVIEW WORKSPACE
Review prepared documents before approval or client issue
Inspect readiness, record professional HSE review notes, flag changes, reopen the structured preparation inputs and document the review outcome.
Select a saved document to begin professional review.
PRIVATE CONTROLLED DOCUMENT LIBRARY
Saved documents and packages
Prepared outputs are stored privately in Firebase. Open them for professional HSE review, edit the underlying structured inputs and prepare a revised issue, download the current DOCX/ZIP, or delete records you no longer need.

Prepared packages
Package ZIP files are retained separately; package documents also appear above for individual professional review and revision.
Local browser generation history
This legacy history remains local to this browser and can be cleared independently of cloud-saved documents.
